Does 24-hour access incur an extra charge?
No – 24-hour access is free.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes – a refundable security deposit is payable on all storage units.

What identification do I need to hire storage?
Our stores are safe and secure because we check the identification of all our customers. Please provide two forms of ID: one photo-bearing, for example a passport or driving licence, and the other with your address on, such as a utility bill or bank statement (less than three months old).

What contact details do I need to provide?
Please provide full contact details and two forms of identification (These should be one photo-bearing, for example a passport or driving licence, and the other with their address on such as a utility bill or bank statement, less than three months old). If you wish to nominate friends or colleagues to have access to your unit, simply provide written consent. We would also need an alternative contacts details, should we be unable to reach you.

What insurance do I need to provide?
For the security of your goods, insurance is compulsory. Proof of insurance documentation is required, stating your goods are covered whilst in storage. Alternatively, we can give you the benefit of our insurance at a risk administration charge of £3.60 per £1,000 of value per month. Minimum cover is £1,000.

What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are:
Bracknell, 09:00–17:00 weekdays; 09:00–15:00 Saturday.
Windsor, 09:00–17:00 weekdays; 09:00–15:00 Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is two weeks.

Do I need to provide my own padlock?
Yes – to ensure your unit is secure, a padlock must be placed on your unit door/s. Only you or your nominated individuals should hold the key or combination number. Padlocks can be purchased from our store.

What is your preferred payment method?
Our preferred method of payment is by credit/debit card. You will need to pay one month’s rental in advance plus a security deposit.

Can I reserve unit/s in advance of my requirements?
Yes – if you wish to reserve your storage unit/s, this can be arranged up to two weeks in advance.

What notice period do I need to give?
Fourteen days’ notice is normally required when leaving.

Can I transfer to a larger or smaller space if I need to?
Subject to availability, we can transfer you to another unit at the push of a button.

Do you have trolleys for loading my goods into my space?
Yes – we have trolleys for customers to use.

What is the height of your storage units?
Our storage units are approximately 7 ft tall.

Do you charge VAT?
Yes – our monthly prices are inclusive of VAT.
