How our quote system works
We just need a few details to begin with so that we can help match the right solution to your needs, select the best deals currently available and provide accurate pricing.
One of our friendly team from your chosen facility will then be in touch. Unlike other self storage companies, we make sure to give you a call to give you your quote. This is so we can make sure that we understand your requirements and provide the most accurate price. Self storage can be confusing, from the range of solutions available to what actually fits into a typical unit, so our experts may find out some information that you may not realise is even relevant! We deal with each quote personally and match it to our current solutions and deals to give you the best possible price.
What your quote will include
We don’t believe in hidden costs! After getting a better idea of what your requirements are we’ll give you all the costs upfront. This will include monthly price as well as total up front payment if you prefer to pay in one go. This will include any discounts you’re entitled to as well! There are just two other costs to be aware of. We can help with both these items and can provide pricing on request but you’re also welcome to source your own so we won’t automatically provide the costs with your quote.
Contents insurance
Every customer that stores with us needs to have contents insurance. We can provide affordable insurance and many customers choose to go through for us for convenience but you can use a preferred insurer or source your own. We will require proof of insurance before you move in.
Padlock
You’ll also need a padlock to secure your unit. This is so that you can be sure you’re the only one with secure access to your unit. Again, we do sell padlocks on-site for convenience but you’re welcome to buy any padlock you want.
