Free Collection Service
For qualifying customers, we offer a handy free collection service when you store with us! Whatever moving service you need in Bracknell or Windsor, this handy end-to-end service is designed to help make your move as easy as possible. Here’s how it works.
- Book your storage unit with us
- Check whether you qualify
- Unit up to 100sqft
- Booked for a minimum of 4 weeks including any half-price deals
- Within a 8-mile radius of either facility
- Get your time slot and have your belongings collected! We’ll take them to your facility
This is a man and van service with one hour allocated for units up to 50sqft and including one run or two hours for units up to 100sqft, so it’s important that you make the most of your time slot. As with all removals, being prepared is key to making sure that your collection goes smoothly. Here’s some of our top tips for making the most out of our free collection service.
- All goods must be packed correctly, ready to leave and easily accessible on a ground floor location. Please avoid plastic bags.
- Please have enough helpers to load your goods onto the van and into the unit at the other end.
- Please ensure that all domestic and garden appliances including washing machines, fridges, freezers and dishwashers are clean and dry with no residual fluid left in them.
- We don’t collect or store stolen property, perishable goods, animals, flammable materials or liquids, toxic waste or illegal substances.

Help to organise removals
While we don’t offer a full independent removals service outside of our free collection service, we can help you organise local removals for a seamless end-to-end removals and storage experience. Don’t forget our on-site box shop! All your boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap and more all under one roof so that you can book your storage, arrange your removals and get your packing supplies all at the same time. Our handy local facilities also mean you can easily pick up more supplies when you run out, plus get packing advice from our expert team so you can make sure your belongings make the move in one piece.
